Ateneo Center for Continuing Education

The Center for Continuing Education (CCE) of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business is ADMU's dynamic link to the world of business, finance and technology. We offer executive development programs that are workplace-based, quality assured and performance-driven.

As such, we have career opportunities for ADMU graduates who may want to continue serving their alma mater or for those (non-Ateneo graduates) who envision themselves sharing the same values of excellence and service.

The following are our job openings:

1.  EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Basic Function: Assists the Director in providing vision and direction to the organization in building a network that is both a resource and a market, and in maintaining an open line of communication with the industry, with CCE resource persons and staff and with the school community.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in English Literature, Computer Management/IT, Business Management, Marketing and related-fields, MBA or MA units an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good coordination skills
- Flexible and can relate well with people from different levels
- Customer service skills: discreet, yet friendly
- Highly motivated and self-starter
- Know-how on the following software: Powerpoint, MS Word, Photoshop, Excel, Access
- Minimum of two years working experience in the same capacity or similar
- Fresh graduates with good scholastic records shall be considered

2.  SALES EXECUTIVE

Basic Function: Helps CCE succeed in its Business Process Outsourcing
initiative; contributes significantly to a robust bottomline through public
offerings and corporate accounts, and utilizes optimally CCE's Database
Management.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree; post graduate studies an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- At least two years working experience in the same capacity.

3.  SALES STAFF

Basic Function:  Maintains, populates and utilizes optimally CCE's database
management. She/he will also manage the filing system and provide
operational support to the sales group.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- At least one year working experience.
- Fresh graduates with good scholastic records shall be considered.

4.  TRAINING STAFF

Basic Function:  Assists in the preparation of the logistic requirements of
the programs.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Good coordination skills
- Computer literate
- At least one year working experience.
- Fresh graduates with good scholastic records shall be considered
