DID YOU MISS B1G?

For juniors and graduating seniors who missed last week's B1G@150: The Job and Practicum Fair 2009, you still have one big chance to submit your requirements to the organizations which participated (for the list of organizations, please refer to previous email messages sent by the APO). Please submit on or before January 30, 2009 (Friday), 5pm Ateneo time.

Here are the procedures you should follow:

(1) Write a cover letter. Refer to page 28 of your B1G@150 Souvenir Manual. You may also refer to the picture below. A few reminders to keep in mind:

(a) The APO cannot divulge the contact details of the HR personnel of our partner organizations. For the Inside Address, just put the following:

(b) Specify in the cover letter whether you are applying for employment or practicum.

(2) Attach your one-page resume, ideally following the prescribed Ateneo format. The Ateneo format is an example of the chronological type which is most appropriate for fresh graduates or aspiring practicumers. Paste/glue your 1x1 Graduation Pic on the upper right portion of your resume.

(3) Attach a photocopy of your Official Partial Transcript of Records (you can claim this from the Registrar's Office).

(4) Staple all three in the following order: cover letter, resume, TOR.

(5) Submit to the Placement Office (2F Soc Sci) on or before January 30, 2009 (Friday), 5pm Ateneo time.
