The Ateneo Placement Office is committed to assist in the formation of students as persons-for-others who are globally competitive and Asian in perspective, and to the employment of graduates appropriate to their individuality through its Career Development Program, Research, and Networking with the four market sectors.

Services

We envision our graduates to have I.M.P.A.C.T.! They should have:

• Identified their strengths and limitations in the areas of abilities, personality traits, interests, and values through Self-Assessment-cum-Career-Counseling Sessions;

• Matched their career fields of interest by exploring jobs and careers through Career Options which culminate in career panel discussions;

• Polished their resumes through Resume-Writing Sessions and submitted them online for job-matching;

• Acquainted themselves with employment and internship opportunities in the four market sectors here and abroad through the Job and Practicum Fair and On-Campus Recruitment (On-Campus Testing and Interviews);

• Capitalized on the Job Interview Training Program (JITP) to enhance their behavioral skills; and

• Taken into account their career objectives and made plans of action during Career Counseling.
